MiiTel Phone

  • IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel Phone Desktop v.3.9.3 (Night of June 23)
    Please see “We have released MiiTel Phone Desktop v.3.9.3” for details.
  • IMPROVEMENT  Confirmation message appears if you forget to end Monitoring, Whispering, or a Group call (Night of June 23)
    If 10 minutes have passed after the call ends and you have not ended Monitoring, Whispering, or Group call, a confirmation message will be displayed. If you do not click [End] in the message, it will automatically end after 60 seconds.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel RecPod v.26.06.12 (Night of June 23)
    Please see “We have released MiiTel RecPod v.26.06.12” for details.
  • NEW  Meeting Bot images and message customization now available (night of Jun 24)
    You can now display images on your Meeting Bot's panel in a meeting. You can also customize the message sent when the Meeting Bot joins. For details, see Meeting bot settings.

The time zone applied to the Call History List CSV file has changed

Following the Call History List CSV column updates released on June 18, the user-configured time zone will now be applied to the Call History List CSV file (Flow) as well, just like the List format: User-configured time zone.


Details

In the Call History List (Flow), the user-configured time zone will be applied to the following items:

  • Dial begin time
  • Call begin time
  • Call end time

Clarifying the supported versions for MiiTel RecPod

MiiTel continuously introduces new features and improvements. To ensure stable quality, we highly recommend using the latest version.

Therefore, we would like to inform you that we have defined the supported versions for MiiTel RecPod as follows.

Supported version image (different from the actual version/date)
Supported versions

MiiTel RecPod will always support the latest version.

When a new version is released, three months after the release date, that version will become the minimum supported version.

By updating approximately once every three months, you can ensure that you are always using a supported version.

Version notation

Versions are shown in the format XX.YY.ZZ.

The XX.YY part indicates the release year and month.

Example: For 26.08.10, it means the August 2026 release.

When this policy starts

This policy will apply starting from versions released in or after August 2026.

We will notify you again upon the release of the first applicable version.

Request to customers

First update (from August 2026 onward)

When a new version is released in or after August 2026, please update to the latest version within three months of its release.

Example: If released in August 2026, please update by the end of October 2026.

Continuous updates

After the first update, please continue updating to the latest version approximately once every three months.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

The scheduled release has been postponed.
We will announce the new date once it has been confirmed.


On July 1, 2026, we will make the following changes to the reports:

  • Add the Overflow calls item to the Circuit list report
  • Display values that include the number of Predictive calls in certain items in the User list report

Customers who use the MiiTel Call Center report

Newly added item

The following item will be added to the Circuit list report.

Item name: Overflow calls

Position: To the right of the Short abandoned calls item

Items with changed display values

The following items in the User list report will display values that include the number of Predictive dialer calls. Due to this change, values for the following items may be larger than before.

  • Call (Total number of calls): Includes the number of Predictive calls
  • Call (Average time): Includes the time and number of Predictive calls
  • Call (Total time): Includes the time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
  • Outgoing call (Number of calls): Includes the number of Predictive calls
  • Outgoing call (Average time): Includes the time and number of Predictive calls
  • Outgoing call (Total time): Includes the time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
  • On-hold calls (Total number of calls): Includes the number of holds that occurred during Predictive calls
  • On-hold calls (Average time): Includes the time and number of holds that occurred during Predictive calls
  • On-hold calls (Total time): Includes the total hold time that occurred during Predictive calls
  • Connection rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive outbound calls in the calculation
  • Hold rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive calls that were put on hold at least once in the calculation
  • CPH: Includes the number of Predictive calls in the calculation
  • AHT: Includes the number of Predictive calls in the calculation

Mid-July 2026: Adjusting the image alignment for Scan to Call

In mid-July 2026, we will adjust the alignment of images shown on the waiting screen in Scan to Call from left-aligned to centered.

Scheduled change date

Mid-July 2026

Affected customers

Customers who use Scan to Call and have added left-side padding to their images in order to center them

⚠ With this change, the image you have already configured may no longer appear in the intended position (center).

Details

The alignment of images displayed on the waiting screen will change.

Before: Left-aligned

After: Centered

Action required

If you have adjusted your image by adding padding to center it, please replace it with an image without padding by following the steps below. (You can also refer to MiiTel Scan to Call)

  1. Access MiiTel Admin
  2. Click Call settings > Scan to Call
  3. Click ︙ > Edit at the far right of the setting you want to change
  4. Change the image
  5. Click Save
