In “July 8 and 9, 2026: New items to be added and specifications to be changed for MiiTel Call Center reports,” we previously announced some Items with changed display values, but we missed some details. We would like to inform you as follows.

Additional changes

On the night of July 9, 2026, with the addition of Overflow calls to the Circuit list report, we changed whether the values displayed in the following items in the Circuit list report include Overflow calls or not:

• Missed incoming calls: Updated so that the number of missed incoming calls that ended without the user answering will include Overflow calls.
• Missed incoming calls (ringing): Updated so that Overflow calls will be excluded from the number of missed incoming calls where the call rang but was missed.
• Short abandoned calls: Updated so that Overflow calls will be excluded from the number of calls disconnected within 5 seconds among Missed incoming calls (ringing).
