• CHANGE Automatic update of MiiTel for Salesforce (Night of September 14)
  With this version update, the following two changes have been made.
  ・The URL of the API that MiiTel for Salesforce calls has changed (domain only)
  　Before: app.miitel.jp
  　After: {Company ID}.miitel.jp, or {Company ID}.{Pod code}.miitel.com
  ・Remote Site Settings must be configured on the Salesforce account used for the Salesforce integration

We’re updating the internal mechanism of the Calendar integration feature in MiiTel Meetings and MiiTel RecPod.
Since this update is an internal system change, there will be no changes to the UI or operations.
If the calendar integration is disconnected, please reconfigure the integration.

Details

This is only an update to the internal mechanism, and there will be no changes to operating procedures or how the UI looks.
However, for about one month starting September 30, we would appreciate it if you could pay attention to the status of your calendar integration.

If the integration is disconnected, please reconfigure the integration.

We are currently verifying our services for compatibility with macOS 27 Golden Gate and iOS 27, which are scheduled for release in September 2026.

Once verification is complete, we will announce the supported OS versions again.

Until macOS 27 Golden Gate and iOS 27 are supported, MiiTel may not work correctly, so please refrain from updating.

Please note that iOS 27 will be supported starting with the next release version.

• IMPROVEMENT  Call history CSV exports now include Summaries (Night of September 2)

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• NEW FEATURE Generate Summaries using templates in Realtime Talk Assist (Night of September 2)

MiiTel Call Center

• NEW FEATURE Set custom view User lists by User group (Night of September 3)
  When creating a Custom view in the Real-time monitor, you can now choose which users to show in the user list by User Group.

• Improvement  Released MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.16 (Aug 27)

• NEW  Automatically or manually open a specified page on incoming/outgoing calls (Night of Aug 26)
  Previously, only the feature to automatically open a specified page on incoming calls was available. With this release, it is now also possible to open it manually by clicking on the screen in MiiTel Phone. The same feature has also been added for outgoing calls.

• 新機能 The meeting history title is now shown in the browser tab (night of Aug 19)
  The title of the Video history you have open is now shown in the browser tab. This makes it easier to tell which Video history you’re viewing, even when you have multiple tabs open.
• 改善 Changed the tab name shown in the Table tab on the meeting history dashboard (beta) (night of Aug 19)
  The tab name has been changed from All to Participants, which better reflects the actual range of data displayed.
• 改善 Standardized the English translations of some words shown on the MiiTel Meetings screen (night of Aug 19)
  We updated and standardized the English translations of the following words shown in the English UI of MiiTel Meetings:
  • Video → Meeting
  • Minute → Summaries
