We have changed the release schedule for MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android, which we announced last month: Advanced tag registration settings will be available on MiiTel Phone Mobile.

What’s changed

We have updated the release timing under Release timing for the applicable versions.

Before: Android: Version 3.1.16 is scheduled for release in mid-July 2026.

After: Android: Version 3.1.16 is scheduled for release in early August 2026.

In “July 8 and 9, 2026: New items to be added and specifications to be changed for MiiTel Call Center reports,” we previously announced some Items with changed display values, but we missed some details. We would like to inform you as follows.

Additional changes

On the night of July 9, 2026, with the addition of Overflow calls to the Circuit list report, we changed whether the values displayed in the following items in the Circuit list report include Overflow calls or not:

• Missed incoming calls: Updated so that the number of missed incoming calls that ended without the user answering will include Overflow calls.
• Missed incoming calls (ringing): Updated so that Overflow calls will be excluded from the number of missed incoming calls where the call rang but was missed.
• Short abandoned calls: Updated so that Overflow calls will be excluded from the number of calls disconnected within 5 seconds among Missed incoming calls (ringing).

This column shows the number of calls that ended without entering the queue because they exceeded the Maximum number of waiting calls configured in Queue.
