CHANGE: Voice-evaluation fields on the Video Dashboard (Beta) > "Table > Host" screen will no longer be displayed

From the night of Wednesday, May 13, 2026, on the Video Dashboard (Beta) >Table > Host screen, the voice-evaluation-related fields in meeting history will be removed from the display and will no longer be viewable.

They will also no longer be included in the downloaded CSV.

You can still check these voice-evaluation fields on the Video Dashboard (Beta) > Table > All meetings screen.

Fields that will be removed

On Video Dashboard (Beta) > Table > Host, the following fields will be removed:

  • Talk ratio
  • Fundamental frequency
  • Intonation
  • Speaking rate

Affected customers

  • Customers who have configured the Video Dashboard (Beta) > Table > Host screen to display voice-evaluation fields in meeting history

What each screen shows

Overview:

The following numbers aggregated from meeting history:

  • Total number of meetings
  • Total meeting duration
  • Topic
  • Tag
  • Keyword

Table > Host:

Per MiiTel user, the following numbers aggregated from meeting history where that user is the host:

  • Total number of meetings
  • Total meeting duration
  • Average meeting duration
  • Number of silences
  • Number of overlaps

Talbe > All meetings:

Per MiiTel user, the following numbers aggregated from meeting history where that user is linked as a meeting participant:

  • Total number of meetings
  • Total meeting duration
  • Average meeting duration

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • You can now update Salesforce records’ Minutes from MiiTel RecPod (Night of April 20)
    In MiiTel RecPod, you can now update the Minutes by section for each field in “Opportunity” or “Event” records linked to Salesforce activity history. For details, see “Update Salesforce opportunity and activity record meeting minutes on MiiTel RecPod”.
  • CHANGE Changed the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot (Night of April 22)
    For details, see “Changing the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot”.
  • NEW Added “ Transcript summarization finished” as a sending trigger for Outgoing Webhook (night Night of April 22)
    On the Outgoing Webhook integration settings screen for Video history, we added Transcript summarization finished” to the Webhook sending triggers (notification rules).

  • New Released MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS version 3.1.15

  • IMPROVEMENT After creating a new Answering Rule, a message will be shown that allows you to create an Incoming Call Filter (Night of April 15)
    This makes it easier to set up the Incoming Call Filter required to apply the Answering Rule all at once.

  • IMPROVEMENT Released MiiTel RecPod version 26.04.02 (April 13)

Upcoming version upgrade the MiiTel app used in the Zapier integration

Starting May 11, 2026, we will migrate the MiiTel app used in Zapier integrations (Zaps) to the latest version (v1.1.3). As a result, the previous version (v1.1.2) will be discontinued on June 5, 2026.

Migration and deprecation schedule

  • Migration period: From May 11, 2026 (Mon) to May 15, 2026 (Fri). During this period, the system will automatically migrate you in phases.
  • Deprecation date for the previous version (v1.1.2): June 5, 2026 (Fri)

Customers using Zapier integration

Required action for customers

In principle, no action is required on your side. The version will be migrated automatically in phases.

If you would like to manually switch versions before the automatic migration period (before May 11), please follow the steps below by Monday, May 11, 2026.

  1. Log in to Zapier
  2. Open the Zap that uses the MiiTel app
  3. Click Edit Zap
  4. Click the MiiTel app
  5. In the Setup tab, click MiiTel shown under App
  6. Type MiiTel in the search bar
  7. Click ∨ next to MiiTel in the results
  8. Click MiiTel 1.1.3
  9. Click Publish

  • NEW  Released MiiTel Phone Desktop version 3.8.0 (Night of Apr 8)
    Starting from this version, if your OS language setting is Indonesian, the display language of MiiTel Phone Desktop will also automatically switch to Indonesian.
  • NEW  Added shortcut keys to MiiTel Phone (Night of Apr 8)
    You can now use shortcut keys in MiiTel Phone. For details, see “Use shortcut keys in MiiTel Phone”.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • NEW  Released the Video List (Beta) (Night of Apr 9)
    New “Video List (Beta)” to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics added. For details, see “Video List”.
    You can now also select multiple video histories in Video List and click Ask Copilot. For details, see “Ask AI about multiple calls at once (Chat with Copilot) - Ask Copilot”.
  • NEW  Consult with Copilot during meetings (Apr 8)
    Realtime Talk Assist is now available in MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics, allowing you to use Copilot during meetings to organize meeting content and clarify customer requests. MiiTel Call Center

  • CHANGE  Alert List now supports Picture-in-Picture (Night of Apr 9)
    You can now display the Alert List in Picture-in-Picture. This allows you to keep checking alert status while working in windows other than MiiTel Call Center or while using another app.

Google Meet’s new feature may cause meeting bots to appear in the Potential risk queue

Starting March 24, 2026, Google is gradually rolling out the new safeguarded guest admit flow, which helps meeting hosts handle join requests more securely.

Due to this addition, the Video Bot may appear in the Potential risk queue. This display is caused by a change in Google’s criteria, and there are no changes to MiiTel’s features or security.

If you admit the bot, you can record and create a Transcript as usual.

    We have reviewed our internal processes from the perspective of performance and stability.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • RecPod Released MiiTel RecPod for iOS v.26.03.12 (morning of Mar 19)
    We have reviewed our internal processes from the perspective of performance and stability.
  • RecPod Released MiiTel RecPod v.26.03.10 (morning of Mar 16)

    Starting with this version, the following updates have been implemented:

    • It is now easier to see recording history that has not yet been uploaded to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics, helping prevent missed uploads.
    • Recording history uploaded by users to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics (limited to recordings made with MiiTel RecPod) can now be checked and played directly in MiiTel RecPod.

      Also, you can now use a link to open the recording screen in MiiTel RecPod (Deep Link feature). For more details, see MiiTel RecPod Deep Link (iOS / Android).

  • Specification change Renewed how to link speakers (users and guests) to utterances for meetings (night of Mar 18)

    From the meeting history screen in MiiTel Meetings / RecPod, you can now more easily correct the linking between meeting participants (users and guests) and utterances.

    With this release, linking users from voice evaluations has been discontinued.

  • New Feature Selectable Salesforce integration target object (Night of March 11)
    Previously, activity history was created as a Task object. Now, you can also configure it to be created as an Activity Event object.

MiiTel Call Center

  • New feature Added “Outgoing call (average time)” to the real-time monitor user list (Night of March 12)
    By visualizing each member’s average calling pace, it becomes easier to forecast progress, allocate resources efficiently based on the situation, and manage goals. With this addition, the existing Average call duration has been renamed to Incoming call (average time).
