This week, we released the following 🎉


MiiTel Phone

  • NEW  Contact Support directly from the Call Quality Information dialog
    When you open the form from the newly added inquiry entry point, the relevant call history URL, company ID, Call quality information, and more will be automatically filled in.
    Required information is pre-filled, you can communicate with Support more smoothly. Please give it a try.
  • NEW  Delete teams from MiiTel Admin (Night of May 27)
    We added a team deletion feature in MiiTel Admin for tenants using the Teams feature.
    For instructions on how to delete a team, see Call history access restrictions - Delete a team.

Option to disable the Copilot Plus display displayed after login

You can now disable the Copilot Plus screen that appears after you log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics and MiiTel Meetings/RecPod, from MiiTel Admin.

We added this feature in response to requests from some customers.

How to disable Copilot Plus after login

  1. Access MiiTel Admin.
  2. Click [Copilot] > [Copilot Plus Settings].
  3. Clear the checkbox for [Use Copilot Plus as the home page after login].
  4. Click [Save].

We’ve temporarily suspended the ability to view call history older than one month in MiiTel Phone

For the feature released on May 13, 2026 that allows you to view more than one month of call history on MiiTel Phone Call History screen, we identified issues requiring improvement. Therefore, we’ve temporarily suspended this feature on the night of May 21, 2026.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will provide this feature again after making improvements. We will notify you again when it becomes available.

  • New Released MiiTel Phone Desktop version 3.9.0

    With the MiiTel Data Retention Extension Fee, call history older than one month can now be displayed on MiiTel Phone. This allows you to check, reference, and return calls using older call history.

    You can now hide the Post-call and Outgoing calls only statuses.

MiiTel Analytics top page is now Copilot Plus

As announced in On May 13, 2026, MiiTel Analytics’ top page will change to Copilot Plus, MiiTel Analytics’ top page has now changed to Copilot Plus.

By making Copilot Plus (Beta) the top page, we aim to help customers realize greater operational efficiency by leveraging AI.


Changed details

In the following cases, you will be taken to the Copilot Plus top page:

  • When you log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics or MiiTel Meetings/RecPod
  • When you access https://xxx.app.miitel.com/app while logged in

If you’d like to switch to another product screen, click Product Switcher Menu in the top-left corner of the screen.
For pages you use often—such as the Analytics screen—it’s helpful to bookmark the page directly.

MiiTel Phone Desktop version 3.9.0 is now available

This version includes the new feature below. 

New feature

From this version, you can switch MiiTel Phone Desktop login to a browser-based login. 

With browser-based login, you can: 

  • Automatically fill in the login ID and password saved in your browser.
  • If you are already logged in to your browser, use Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in quickly with minimal steps.

To improve performance and stability, we have reviewed and optimized internal processing.

Important: Impact of system maintenance for Salesforce integration on Monday, June 8, 2026

Due to changes in security requirements on the Salesforce side, we will carry out system maintenance on Monday, June 8, 2026.

During the maintenance release, you will not be able to configure the Salesforce integration Salesforce integration settings will be unavailable. Furthermore, history recorded during the maintenance may not be integrated, and the Salesforce integration may stop after the maintenance is completed.

If you are unable to configure settings, or history is not integrated or the integration has stopped after the release, please check your settings or perform the integration process again.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to our customers and for the urgent nature of this response.

June 8, 2026 (Mon) 23:00 pm  – June 9, 2026 (Tue) 1:00 am (JST)

June 8, 2026 (Mon) 21:00 pm  – June 8, 2026 (Mon) 23:00 pm (WIB)

  • Customers planning to integrate MiiTel with Salesforce

Impact of the maintenance release

  • Configuring Salesforce integration: During the release work, you cannot create new settings or change existing settings. Please configure it after the release is completed.
  • Salesforce integration continuation: In principle, the integration will be maintained; however, in the event that history during the maintenance is not integrated or the integration becomes stopped after the release, please re-integrate after the release is completed.

What customers should check after the maintenance release

  1. Please confirm that call and video history between Monday, June 8, 2026 11:00 pm and Tuesday, June 9, 2026 (Tue) 1:00 am (JST) are integrated to Salesforce. If they are not integrated, please perform a manual integration.

  2. Please confirm that calls and meetings on or after June 9, 2026 (Tue) 1:00 am (JST) are synced to Salesforce.
  3. If they are not synced to Salesforce, please check the error logs when using external integrations and confirm whether there are any errors that did not occur before this maintenance.
  4. If there are any errors that did not occur previously, please perform the re-sync described in “If Salesforce integration stops.”

  1. Perform checks before re-syncing
  2. Re-sync with Salesforce in MiiTel Admin
  3. On the Salesforce settings screen, install the MiiTel application
  4. In MiiTel Admin, click the [Restore to the integration status as of 2026/6/8] button to restore the integration status
  5. Confirm that there are no integration errors

CHANGE: Voice-evaluation fields on the Video Dashboard (Beta) > "Table > Host" screen will no longer be displayed

From the night of Wednesday, May 13, 2026, on the Video Dashboard (Beta) >Table > Host screen, the voice-evaluation-related fields in meeting history will be removed from the display and will no longer be viewable.

They will also no longer be included in the downloaded CSV.

You can still check these voice-evaluation fields on the Video Dashboard (Beta) > Table > All meetings screen.

On Video Dashboard (Beta) > Table > Host, the following fields will be removed:

  • Talk ratio
  • Fundamental frequency
  • Intonation
  • Speaking rate

Per MiiTel user, the following numbers aggregated from meeting history where that user is linked as a meeting participant:

  • Total number of meetings
