We have corrected "Affected customers".

From Wednesday, July 22, 2026, when you have a meeting bot join Google Meet, the meeting bot’s participant panel will no longer be displayed.

The meeting bot will continue to appear in the Google Meet participant list. This change only affects the participant panel.

This makes it less likely that the meeting bot will be confused with actual participants.

Currently, as shown in the image below, the meeting bot’s participant panel is displayed when the meeting bot joins Google Meet.

From the night of Wednesday, July 22, 2026 onward, even if the meeting bot joins the meeting, the participant panel will no longer be displayed.
