After June 26, 2025 (Thursday), the incoming call rule setting screen in MiiTel Admin will be migrated to the new layout and the old screen will no longer be available (discontinued).

Discontinue the old screen (remove the “Use old screen” checkbox)

The “Summary” of the transcript of the Call history and Meeting history screens will no longer be displayed.

After June 26 (Thursday), 2025, the “Summary” will no longer appear in the call and meeting history transcripts.


In the future, if you would like to see brief information in the call history or meeting history, please use the Minutes (optional).
However, if you have linked the Summary externally, it will continue to work.

Description of Change

The “Summary” of transcriptions of call history and meeting history will no longer be displayed.

Supplemental information

[Important] Change to the global IP address of MiiTel used for integration with external services

In order to provide stable MiiTel services, we are currently updating our system configuration. With this update, the global IP address used for integration with external services will be changed.

If you have set restrictions on the access source IP address for external services, such as Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot, Amazon S3, and Outgoing Webhook, please make sure to add the new IP address by June 10, 2025, 10:00 pm (JST).

Also, please do not delete the IP address that is currently set. Make sure you just add the new IP address. Regarding the deletion of the current IP address, we will make a separate announcement on or after July 2025.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


1. Schedule

  • The new global IP address will be applied between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am (JST) on June 10, 2025.


2. Affected customers

Customers who fall under 1. or 2. below

  1. MiiTel is integrated with the following services.
    1. Salesforce
    2. kintone
    3. HubSpot
    4. Amazon S3
    5. Outgoing Webhook
  2. Restrictions are set on the access source IP address for the services above.


3. Actions required from customers

For each service, make sure that all IP addresses listed in MiiTel Global IP Addresses to be set for external services are set.
(Do not delete IP addresses that have already been set.)


4. What will happen if you don’t take the actions above

After the new global IP address is applied, a connection error will occur on the external service and you will not be able to integrate MiiTel with these services.


5. What will happen during this update

You will have normal access to all MiiTel services and features.

Regarding the changes to the operating environment (OS and app versions) for MiiTel Phone Mobile and MiiTel Recpod

On January 6, 2025, we will be changing the operating environment (OS and app versions) for MiiTel Phone Mobile and MiiTel Recpod.
 Updates to the MiiTel Phone Mobile and MiiTel Recpod version scheduled to be released on January 6, 2025, will not be available for unsupported OS and app versions.

NEW FEATUREANNOUNCEMENT

“Switch Product Menu (Beta)" is now available on MiiTel Analytics

We have added the “Switch Product Menu (Beta)" to MiiTel Analytics.

From the MiiTel Phone Analytics screen, you can switch to the MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) Analytics screen or MiiTel Admin screen by using the “Switch Product Menu”.

“Switch Product Menu” is available by clicking Try the new menu on the current MiiTel Analytics screen.

“Switch Product Menu” contents will be different depending on your subscription status or admin permission settings.
If you are subscribed to either MiiTel Phone or MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) but do not have admin permissions, the “Switch Product Menu” will not be available.
