JPN-6 Circuit type maintenance announcement: December 9, 2025 (Tue), 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm (JST)

We will perform maintenance on circuit type JPN-6 on Thursday, December 9, 2025.

During the maintenance period, the JPN-6 circuit type will experience a service interruption, and the Incoming Call Filter will not operate.

To check your circuit type, please go to MiiTel Admin > Phone Number > Phone Number Management.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our users.

1. Maintenance period

Thursday, December 9, 2025, 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm JST

2. Affected services and features

  • MiiTel Phone
  • MiiTel Phone Mobile

3. Affected customers

Users using the JPN-6 circuit type.

3. Impacts

During the maintenance period, the JPN-6 circuit type will experience a service interruption, and the Incoming Call Filter will not operate.

  • Incoming and outgoing calls will fail.
  • Answering rules configured in the Incoming Call Filter will not be processed.
  • If maintenance starts during an active call, the call will be terminated. (The call record will be reflected in the Call History list after the maintenance is complete.)
  • Missed calls during the maintenance period will not be reflected in the Call history list. (The records will not be reflected even after the maintenance is complete.)

【Important】Change of MiiTel Global IP Addresses used for Third party Integration

To ensure the stable provision of the MiiTel service, we are currently making changes to our system configuration.
Along with this change, the global IP addresses of MiiTel used for Third party Integration will change.

If you have integratedMiiTel with Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot, Amazon S3, Outgoing Webhook, and have set up restrictions on source IP addresses on the external service side before Wednesday, October 15, 2025 (Wed), you will need to delete some of the P addresses currently configured.

1. Effective date

Effective on November 17, 2025 (Mon)

2. Customers who are required to take action 

Customers who meet both conditions 1. and 2. below

  1. Integrated MiiTel with the following services:

    • Salesforce
    • kintone
    • HubSpot
    • Amazon S3
    • Outgoing Webhook
  2. Have configured source IP address restrictions on the side of the services listed above before October 15, 2025 (Wed).

3. Required action by customer side

Please delete the following IP addresses configured on the Third Party service side:

4. Impact of not taking the above action

After November 17, 2025 (Mon), the IP addresses marked for deletion will become invalid as addresses for our services. If you have configured IP address restrictions on the Third Party service side and continue to configure the addresses marked for deletion, it may lead to security risks.

Therefore, please confirm your settings and take the appropriate action. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our users and appreciate your cooperation.

Actions to call MiiTel Phone or MiiTel Phone Mobile included in the Answering rules sets in the Incoming Call Filter applied during the maintenance period will not work (Call all users in a group or Call specific user).

*The following actions work.

  • Play sound 
  • Voice mail
  • Auto transfer 
  • Play sound and receive button input from user (IVR)
  • Queue (works, but MiiTel Phone does not call) 
  • Send SMS

*If the following answering rule is set, Actions 2 and 3 will work and you will be able to see the Call history after the maintenance is completed.

  • Action 1: Call all users in the group 
  • Action 2: Play sound 
  • Action 3: Voice mail

MiiTel Meetings

  • Video bot cannot join a meeting during a meeting (cannot record).
  • With the Google Calendar integration and the Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration, you can have the meeting bot join automatically (and record).

*The bot name may be different from the name you set. 

* Recording indicator does not work.

*Zoom meetings using Zoom integration can be recorded.

  • Unavailable
  • If a CSV file is scheduled to be created in storage during the maintenance period, or if the file is being created when the maintenance starts, the CSV file will not be created.

  • Functions other than recording are not available.
  • (audio upload is not available, transcription and minutes cannot be checked)
  • Recording is available.
