By setting “Copilot Plus (Beta)” as the top page, we aim to help customers better experience improved operational efficiency by leveraging AI.

You will be redirected to the Copilot Plus top page in the following cases:
If you want to navigate to another service screen, click the “Product switcher menu” at the top left of the screen and switch from there.
For frequently used pages such as the Analytics screen, it is convenient to bookmark the page directly.

We have released “Copilot Plus (Beta),” which lets you consult Copilot across multiple Call Histories, Video Histories, and incoming call flows.
Copilot Plus (Beta) can loop through its reasoning in response to your question, select the appropriate references, and report progress along the way before arriving at a final conclusion. While “Ask Copilot” and “Chat with Copilot” have mainly supported a one-question-one-answer style, “Copilot Plus (Beta)” enables more advanced consultations.
To access it, click [Product Switcher] > [Copilot Plus (Beta)] at the top left of the MiiTel Analytics screen. If generating an answer takes time, please wait and try again later.

Starting May 11, 2026, we will migrate the MiiTel app used in Zapier integrations (Zaps) to the latest version (v1.1.3). As a result, the previous version (v1.1.2) will be discontinued on June 5, 2026.
Customers using Zapier integration
In principle, no action is required on your side. The version will be migrated automatically in phases.
If you would like to manually switch versions before the automatic migration period (before May 11), please follow the steps below by Monday, May 11, 2026.
