  • We have reviewed our internal processes from the perspective of performance and stability.

New items will be added to the MiiTel Call Center circuit list report, and Predictive call counts will be included as well

On May 14, 2026, we will make the following changes to the circuit list in the Report.

  • Add the Number of voicemails item
  • Add the Number of SMS item
  • Display values that include Predictive call counts for specific items

New items

The following two items will be added.

Item name: Number of voicemails
Added location: To the right of the "Service level (%)" item

Item name: Number of SMS
Added location: To the left of the "Repeat calls" item

Items that will include predictive call counts

The following items will display values that include Predictive call counts. For details, see Download reports as CSV (MiiTel Call Center).

  • Call (Total number of calls): Includes Predictive call counts
  • Call (Average time): Includes Predictive call duration and count
  • Call (Total time): Includes time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
  • On hold (Total number of calls): Includes the number of times Predictive calls were put on hold
  • On hold (Total time): Includes the total time Predictive calls were on hold
  • On hold (Average time): Includes the time and count for Predictive calls being put on hold
  • On hold rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive calls that were put on hold one or more times
  • Total outgoing calls: Includes Predictive call outgoing calls
  • Outgoing calls: Includes the number of outgoing Predictive calls where the recipient answered
  • Missed outgoing calls: Includes the number of outgoing Predictive calls where the recipient did not answer, or the user could not answer
  • Connection rate (%): Includes Predictive call outgoing calls
  • Maximum simultaneous outgoing calls: Includes Predictive call outgoing calls

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • You can now update Salesforce records’ Minutes from MiiTel RecPod (Night of April 20)
    In MiiTel RecPod, you can now update the Minutes by section for each field in “Opportunity” or “Event” records linked to Salesforce activity history. For details, see “Update Salesforce opportunity and activity record meeting minutes on MiiTel RecPod”.
  • CHANGE Changed the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot (Night of April 22)
    For details, see “Changing the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot”.
  • NEW Added “ Transcript summarization finished” as a sending trigger for Outgoing Webhook (night Night of April 22)
    On the Outgoing Webhook integration settings screen for Video history, we added Transcript summarization finished” to the Webhook sending triggers (notification rules).

MiiTel Analytics’ top page will be changed to Copilot Plus

From the night of Wednesday, May 13, 2026 onward, MiiTel Analytics’ top page will be changed to Copilot Plus.
By setting “Copilot Plus (Beta)” as the top page, we aim to help customers better experience improved operational efficiency by leveraging AI.

Night of May 13, 2026 (Wed)

Affected customers

Customers who are subscribed to MiiTel Synapse (Generative AI) and use MiiTel Phone Analytics and MiiTel Meetings/RecPod Analytics.

Change details

You will be redirected to the Copilot Plus top page in the following cases:

  • When you log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics or MiiTel Meetings/RecPod
  • When you access “https://xxx.app.miitel.com/app” while logged in

If you want to navigate to another service screen, click the “Product switcher menu” at the top left of the screen and switch from there.
For frequently used pages such as the Analytics screen, it is convenient to bookmark the page directly.

Released “Copilot Plus (Beta),” which lets you consult Copilot across multiple Call Histories, Video Histories, and incoming call flows

We have released “Copilot Plus (Beta),” which lets you consult Copilot across multiple Call Histories, Video Histories, and incoming call flows.

Copilot Plus (Beta) can loop through its reasoning in response to your question, select the appropriate references, and report progress along the way before arriving at a final conclusion. While “Ask Copilot” and “Chat with Copilot” have mainly supported a one-question-one-answer style, “Copilot Plus (Beta)” enables more advanced consultations.

To access it, click [Product Switcher] > [Copilot Plus (Beta)] at the top left of the MiiTel Analytics screen. If generating an answer takes time, please wait and try again later.

Release Updates for the Week of April 13, 2026

This week, we released the following 🎉

MiiTel Phone

  • New Released MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS version 3.1.15
    For details, please check MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS version 3.1.15 is now available.
  • IMPROVEMENT After creating a new Answering Rule, a message will be shown that allows you to create an Incoming Call Filter (Night of April 15)
    This makes it easier to set up the Incoming Call Filter required to apply the Answering Rule all at once.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • IMPROVEMENT Released MiiTel RecPod version 26.04.02 (April 13)

General

  • ANNOUNCEMENT We are gradually switching to the new domain (gradual rollout until around May 2026)

Upcoming version upgrade the MiiTel app used in the Zapier integration

Starting May 11, 2026, we will migrate the MiiTel app used in Zapier integrations (Zaps) to the latest version (v1.1.3). As a result, the previous version (v1.1.2) will be discontinued on June 5, 2026.

Migration and deprecation schedule

  • Migration period: From May 11, 2026 (Mon) to May 15, 2026 (Fri). During this period, the system will automatically migrate you in phases.
  • Deprecation date for the previous version (v1.1.2): June 5, 2026 (Fri)

Affected customers

Customers using Zapier integration

Required action for customers

In principle, no action is required on your side. The version will be migrated automatically in phases.

If you would like to manually switch versions before the automatic migration period (before May 11), please follow the steps below by Monday, May 11, 2026.

  1. Log in to Zapier
  2. Open the Zap that uses the MiiTel app
  3. Click Edit Zap
  4. Click the MiiTel app
  5. In the Setup tab, click MiiTel shown under App
  6. Type MiiTel in the search bar
  7. Click ∨ next to MiiTel in the results
  8. Click MiiTel 1.1.3
  9. Click Publish

Phone Mobile

MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS version 3.1.15 is now available.

MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android version 3.1.15 includes the following new features.

New feature

  • From this version, you can change the setting to hide the call history.
  • Use this setting if you want to keep your call history private from other users for security reasons.
  • To set this, in MiiTel Admin, go to Call Settings > MiiTel Phone Mobile Settings, and uncheck Show call history.
  • When call history is set to hidden, even if you tap History in MiiTel Phone Mobile, call history will not be displayed, as shown below.
