MiiTel Call Center report values to be displayed to one decimal place

Starting the night of January 8, 2026 (Thu), values displayed in MiiTel Call Center reports will be shown to one decimal place. This change will allow for a more detailed analysis of the data.

Effective date

Night of January 8, 2026 (Thu) night

Affected customers

Customers who use the report features in MiiTel Call Center.

Scope of impact

All numerical values displayed in the following reports:

  • User list
  • Circuit list

Details of Changes

All numerical values in the User list and the Circuit list reports will now be displayed to one decimal place.

SPECIFICATION CHANGE

"Login time" to be added to MiiTel Call Center User list reports

On January 14, 2026, we will add the “Login time” item to the User List reports. This update will allow for analysis based on work hours in exported CSV files.

Scheduled addition date

January 14, 2026 (Wed)

Additional items

The “Login time” item will be added. “Login time” is calculated as follows:

Login time = Total duration of all statuses, excluding "Offline" and "No Data" statuses.

Placement of the additional items

In the User list report, this new “Login time” item will be inserted between the Utilization rate (%) item and the CPH item.

Changes to the median calculation method on the Dashboard and the Video Dashboard (Beta)

Starting February 4, 2026 (Wed), we will change the method used to calculate the median values displayed on the Dashboard and the Video Dashboard (Beta).

Customers who have selected "Median" as an aggregation condition on the Dashboard and the Video Dashboard (Beta)

Scope of impact

All items where numerical values for the following dashboards are displayed:

  • Dashboard
  • Video Dashboard (Beta)

Details of Changes

Before the change:

  • For an even number of values, the median is calculated as the average of the two middle values.

After the change:

  • For an even number of values, the median will be calculated as the largest value closest to the median.

The figure below illustrates an example of the median calculation displayed in the Aggregation tab of the Dashboard.

MiiTel Synapse Standard subscription is required for the Create a follow-up email feature

Starting at the end of March 2026, a subscription to MiiTel Synapse Standard will be required to use the Create a follow-up email feature.

This change is part of an upgrade to the generative AI model used for this feature. We are transitioning from the model used for MiiTel Synapse Lite to the high-performance generative AI model used for MiiTel Synapse Standard. This upgrade will allow for the creation of even higher-quality emails.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to customers currently using this feature, and we appreciate your understanding.

If you wish to continue using this feature after the end of March 2026, please consider upgrading to or subscribing to the MiiTel Synapse Standard.

End of March 2026

Affected Customers

Customers are currently subscribed to the MiiTel Synapse Lite.

Details of Changes

A subscription to the MiiTel Synapse Standard will be required to use the Create a follow-up email feature.

“Ask AI (beta)” feature is begging discontinued.

On March 31, 2026 (Tue), we will discontinue the “Ask AI (beta)” feature in Call History.
With the recently released feature to ask Copilot across multiple call histories, you can now ask Copilot about several call histories at once.

Going forward, please use either “Chat with Copilot” or “Consult Copilot.”

Changes to meeting minute template types used for syncing from the Video Analytics to Salesforce

With the release of Salesforce template types, we will be changing the specifications for integrating meeting minutes from the Video Analytics to Salesforce Opportunity and Event records, effective January 28, 2026 (Wed).

From that date onward, integrating meeting minutes to Salesforce records from the Video Analytics will only be possible for minutes created using a Salesforce template. Meeting minutes created with a Section template can no longer be integrated with Salesforce records.

Night of January 28, 2026 (Wed).

Customers are using the Salesforce Video History Integration.

Meeting minutes created with the Section template type can no longer be integrated from the Video Analytics to Salesforce Event and Opportunity records.

To provide a stable MiiTel service, we are currently updating our system configuration.
In accordance with this change, we will be performing maintenance on the MiiTel system on February 2, 2026 (Mon). During the maintenance period, the MiiTel services will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Incoming and outgoing calls will be unavailable.
  • If a call is in progress when the maintenance starts, that call will be terminated.
    • Please set the tags and comments from the call history in MiiTel Analytics after the maintenance is completed.
  • Calls received during the maintenance window will not be displayed in the call history list.

About incoming call  (MiiTel Admin > Incoming call rule set in the incoming call filter)

All actions in the Answering rules applied to the inbound call filters will not function during the maintenance window. (This means all actions configured in the answering rules, such as voicemail, automatic forwarding, sound playback, and IVR, will not function.)

All actions in the Answering rules applied to the Incoming Call Filters will not function during the maintenance. (This means all actions configured in the answering rules, such as Voicemail, Automatic call forwarding, Play sound, and IVR, will not function.)

MiiTel Meetings

  • Video bot cannot join a meeting during a meeting (cannot record).
    • With the Google Calendar integration and the Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration, you can have the meeting bot join automatically (and record).
      *The bot name may be different from the name you set.
      * Recording indicator does not work.
    • Zoom meetings using Zoom integration can be recorded.

MiiTel Admin、MiiTel Phone Analytics、MiiTel Meetings / Recpod Analytics

  • Unavailable
    • If a CSV file is scheduled to be created in storage during the maintenance period, or if the file is being created when the maintenance starts, the CSV file will not be created.
      * For CSV files that were not created, please create them from storage after the maintenance is completed.

MiiTel Call Center

  • Unavailable

MiiTel RecPod

  • Functions other than recording are not available.

Incoming Webhook

  • Requests submitted during the maintenance will not be reflected even after the maintenance is complete.
    • After the maintenance is finished, please resend the request from the sender or upload the file from MiiTel Analytics > Call History or Meeting History.

Outgoing Webhook

  • During maintenance, this functionality is inactive since call history cannot be created.


SPECIFICATION CHANGE

"Recording status" to the search option in the Video List is now available.

The MiiTel Meeting Analytics > Video Dashboard has been modified to display only meeting histories for which speech analysis has been completed.
Along with this change, we added “Recording status” as a search option in the Video List.
If you want to filter for meeting histories where speech analysis has not yet been completed, please use this option.

Recording status

You can search meeting histories by the following statuses:

  • Any: All meeting histories
  • Ready: Playable meeting histories
  • Processing: Meeting histories undergoing audio analysis
  • Processing failed: Meeting histories where audio analysis failed
  • Not uploaded: Meeting histories where recordings have not been uploaded

NEW FEATURE

You can now ask Copilot (generative AI) questions by combining multiple calls.

In addition to querying individual call histories and meeting histories, and multiple meeting histories, you can now ask Copilot questions about multiple calls at once. 
This enables broader utilization, such as organizing key points across multiple calls or considering next steps.

You can now toggle the display of buttons at the bottom of the screen on or off while on hold or during a transfer in MiiTel Phone.

You can now toggle the display of buttons at the bottom of the screen on or off while on hold or during a transfer in MiiTel Phone.
This makes operation smoother even when using MiiTel Phone on a compact mode.
