Please note that users will not be able to log in and use the following services during this time.

All customers using the services above.

Expected behavior

Error message may appear when saving settings in MiiTel Call Center > Settings > Alert.

If you receive an error message in MiiTel Call Center, please reload (press Ctrl + R) .

MiiTel Admin is now available in Indonesian

MiiTel Admin is now available in Indonesian.

However, only Japanese and English is available for all other services (e.g. MiiTel Analytics, MiiTel Phone, etc.).
For more details, check “Change the language or timezone”.

We have released a new version of the MiiTel Support page on October 22, 2024.

With this version, you can easily find information related to MiiTel’s services, features, etc.

“Conversational tendencies” has been changed to “AI Coaching”. AI Coaching is now available on MiiTel Phone.

“Conversational tendencies” has been changed to “AI Coaching”.
You can now check AI Coaching tips from your MiiTel Phone.

AI Coaching tips are updated every week. (Tips are updated once between every Saturday to Monday (midnight).)
Once the tips are updated, a notification will appear on the lower right of MiiTel Phone screen.
After you click the notification, MiiTel Analytics will open in your browser with the updated tips.

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.7 with the following updates. 

Updates: 

•Automatic ACW feature is now available. 

•You can set restrictions on showing phone numbers.

October 7, 2024, 10:00 pm - 11:00 am (JST)

Affected services

All of the following services, and third-party integration

    • MiiTel Phone 
    • MiiTel Phone Mobile
    • MiiTel Meetings
    • MiiTel Call Center
    • MiiTel RecPod

Affected customers

All customers using the services above.

Expected behavior

  • Users will not be able to log in to all MiiTel services for about 5 minutes.
  • Users will not be able to use all MiiTel services.
  • Users will be automatically logged out of MiiTel services even during a phone call from MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile, and the call itself may end automatically. If the phone call does end automatically during the maintenance, MiiTel won't create the call history for this call on MiiTel Analytics.
  • During the maintenance, MiiTel won't create MiiTel for Zoom's meeting history on Video Analytics.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

The help sign and Summary in MiiTel Call Center became more convenient

The help sign and Summary in MiiTel Call Center became more convenient.

We have made the following updates to the help sign and Summary.

  • From the Real-Time Monitor screen, you can immediately monitor the calls of users who have sent the help sign. For more details about the help sign, check Help sign (MiiTel Call Center).


  • You can switch the data by percentage and number of calls for Queue and call status and User status in Summary.

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.6 with the following new features.

New features

  • From this version, you can now set up your status and check the statuses of other users. For more details, check Set and check status on MiiTel Phone Mobile.

    The status set in MiiTel Phone Mobile can also be viewed on MiiTel Phone.

  • From this version, you can now check the call quality from the call screen.
