Please note that iOS 27 will be supported starting with the next release version.

As announced in Clarifying the supported versions for MiiTel RecPod, when a new version is released, that version will become the minimum supported version three months after its release date.

Therefore, starting three months from today, on November 26, 2026, the versions listed below will become the minimum supported versions. Please update to the latest version by November 26, 2026.

In our version format (XX.YY.ZZ), YY usually represents the release month, but this time it differs from the release month due to version management constraints.

MiiTel RecPod will always support the latest version.

When a new version is released, three months after the release date, that version will become the minimum supported version.

By updating approximately once every three months, you can ensure that you are always using a supported version.

Version notation

Versions are shown in the format XX.YY.ZZ.

The XX.YY part indicates the release year and month.

Example: For 26.08.10, it means the August 2026 release.

When this policy starts

This policy will apply starting from versions released in or after August 2026.

We will notify you again upon the release of the first applicable version.

Request to customers

First update (from August 2026 onward)

When a new version is released in or after August 2026, please update to the latest version within three months of its release.

Example: If released in August 2026, please update by the end of October 2026.

Continuous updates

After the first update, please continue updating to the latest version approximately once every three months.

• Realtime Talk Assist is now available on RecPod. For details, see Consult Copilot during recording in MiiTel RecPod (Realtime Talk Assist).
  • To use this feature, a MiiTel Synapse (Generative AI) contract is required.
  • We plan to gradually expand availability to more customers. If you would like to start using it immediately, please contact your account representative.
  • With this release, we will discontinue the Edge Transcription feature. You can use the Realtime Talk Assist feature to view transcription while recording.
• Periodic notifications are now available for unuploaded recordings.
