Effective from December 11, 2025 (Thu), third-party integration of the summary will be discontinued.
Please be noted, as of June 26, 2025, that the “Summary” of the transcript of the Call history and Meeting history were no longer displayed.
(Reference: “Summary text” of call history and meeting history transcriptions will no longer be displayed.)
Call and meeting summaries can continue to be viewed and linked using the Minutes (optional).

Third-party integration of summary can no longer be configured and executed.
Starting July 18, 2025 (Fri), we will add multiple items to MiiTel Call Center Circuit list report and User list report.
This will enable you to use the reports to perform more detailed service level calculations.

The action to ring MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile in the incoming call filter that is applied during the maintenance period will not work.
(Ringing all users in a group or ringing a specific user)
*The following actions work.
*If the following incoming call rule are set, Actions 2 and 3 will work and you will be able to see the call history after the maintenance is finished.

Video bot cannot join a meeting during a meeting (cannot record).
Google Calendar integration and Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration can be used to automatically add a meeting bot to the meeting (recording is possible).

*Zoom meetings using Zoom integration can be recorded.
Functions other than recording are not available.

In order to provide stable MiiTel services, we are currently updating our system configuration. With this update, the global IP address used for integration with external services will be changed.
If you have set restrictions on the access source IP address for external services, such as Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot, Amazon S3, and Outgoing Webhook, please make sure to add the new IP address by June 10, 2025, 10:00 pm (JST).
Also, please do not delete the IP address that is currently set. Make sure you just add the new IP address. Regarding the deletion of the current IP address, we will make a separate announcement on or after July 2025.

For each service, make sure that all IP addresses listed in MiiTel Global IP Addresses to be set for external services are set.
(Do not delete IP addresses that have already been set.)
After the new global IP address is applied, a connection error will occur on the external service and you will not be able to integrate MiiTel with these services.
You will have normal access to all MiiTel services and features.
