Regarding the changes to the operating environment (OS and app versions) for MiiTel Phone Mobile and MiiTel Recpod

On January 6, 2025, we will be changing the operating environment (OS and app versions) for MiiTel Phone Mobile and MiiTel Recpod.
 Updates to the MiiTel Phone Mobile and MiiTel Recpod version scheduled to be released on January 6, 2025, will not be available for unsupported OS and app versions.

“Switch Product Menu (Beta)" is now available on MiiTel Analytics

We have added the “Switch Product Menu (Beta)" to MiiTel Analytics.

From the MiiTel Phone Analytics screen, you can switch to the MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) Analytics screen or MiiTel Admin screen by using the “Switch Product Menu”.

“Switch Product Menu” is available by clicking Try the new menu on the current MiiTel Analytics screen.

“Switch Product Menu” contents will be different depending on your subscription status or admin permission settings.
If you are subscribed to either MiiTel Phone or MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) but do not have admin permissions, the “Switch Product Menu” will not be available.

The Average outgoing ring time will be added to MiiTel Call Center’s user list and report.
You can now check the average outgoing ring time for operators.

Outgoing call ring time: Time from the operator dials a customer's phone number to the customer answering the phone.

Average outgoing ring time = Total outgoing ring time ÷ Total number of outgoing calls

We will be performing a system maintenance on the following date and time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance date and time:

December 15, 2024 11:00 pm (JST) to December 16, 2024 1:00 am (JST)

Affected services:

All the following services and external service integration

  • MiiTel Phone 
  • MiiTel Phone Mobile
  • MiiTel Meetings
  • MiiTel Call Center
  • MiiTel RecPod
  • External Service Integration

Affected customers:

All customers using the services above.

Expected Impact:

  • You will not be able to access the services above for about 15 minutes during the maintenance.
    ・If you are already logged in, you will automatically be logged out, and the maintenance screen may be displayed.
  • While you don’t have access to MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone:
    ・You cannot make or receive calls.
    ・If you are on a call, you can continue.
     ◼︎ After you finish the call, you won’t be able to register call memos, comments, or related parties.
     ◼︎ Please set the call memo, comments, etc., from the call history (MiiTel Analytics) after the maintenance is finished.
     ◼︎ You may experience a delay in creating the call history or integrating with external services.
  • While you can’t integrate with external services:
    ・Email notifications about phone calls and Slack integration service will not be available.
  • If you miss a call during the maintenance:
    ・If your circuit type is not JPN-7, the missed call will be on the call history list.

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android 3.1.8

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android v.3.1.8 with the following new features.

New features

  • From this version, you can now set up your status and check the statuses of other users. For more details, check Set and check status on MiiTel Phone Mobile.



    The status set in MiiTel Phone Mobile can also be viewed on MiiTel Phone.



  • From this version, you can now check the call quality from the call screen.



Updates: 

•Automatic ACW feature is now available. 

•You can set restrictions on showing phone numbers.

IMPROVEMENT

MiiTel Admin is now available in Indonesian

MiiTel Admin is now available in Indonesian.

However, only Japanese and English is available for all other services (e.g. MiiTel Analytics, MiiTel Phone, etc.).
