Improved usability for "Ask Copilot" window

The Ask Copilot window now features the following enhancements for even more flexibility.

  • Resizable window

    You can expand the display area to match your work, or shrink it so it doesn’t get in the way.

  • Draggable window

    You can place it wherever it's easiest to see on the screen.

  • Always visible even when switching to another browser tab

    You can keep using Copilot without losing your place in the conversation while checking other pages.

  • Adjustable text size inside the window

    You can adjust only Copilot's text to a more readable size without affecting the overall page layout.

Applicable window

  • The window that appears when you click Ask Copilot in Call History.
  • The window that appears when you click Ask Copilot in Video Analytics.

MiiTel Phone

  • NEW  Contact Support directly from the Call Quality Information dialog
    When you open the form from the newly added inquiry entry point, the relevant call history URL, company ID, Call quality information, and more will be automatically filled in.
    Required information is pre-filled, you can communicate with Support more smoothly. Please give it a try.
  • NEW  Delete teams from MiiTel Admin (Night of May 27)
    We added a team deletion feature in MiiTel Admin for tenants using the Teams feature.
    For instructions on how to delete a team, see Call history access restrictions - Delete a team.
    If you would like to use the Teams feature, please contact Support.
  • improvement Released MiiTel Phone Desktop version 3.9.1

Option to disable the Copilot Plus display displayed after login

You can now disable the Copilot Plus screen that appears after you log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics and MiiTel Meetings/RecPod, from MiiTel Admin.

We added this feature in response to requests from some customers.

How to disable Copilot Plus after login

  1. Access MiiTel Admin.
  2. Click [Copilot] > [Copilot Plus Settings].
  3. Clear the checkbox for [Use Copilot Plus as the home page after login].
  4. Click [Save].

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • You can now update Salesforce records’ Minutes from MiiTel RecPod (Night of April 20)
    In MiiTel RecPod, you can now update the Minutes by section for each field in “Opportunity” or “Event” records linked to Salesforce activity history. For details, see “Update Salesforce opportunity and activity record meeting minutes on MiiTel RecPod”.
  • CHANGE Changed the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot (Night of April 22)
    For details, see “Changing the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot”.
  • NEW Added “ Transcript summarization finished” as a sending trigger for Outgoing Webhook (night Night of April 22)
    On the Outgoing Webhook integration settings screen for Video history, we added Transcript summarization finished” to the Webhook sending triggers (notification rules).

Release Updates for the Week of March 16, 2026

The following updates were released this week. 🎉

MiiTel Phone

  • Phone Desktop Released MiiTel Phone Desktop v.3.7.4 (night of Mar 18)
    We have reviewed our internal processes from the perspective of performance and stability.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • RecPod Released MiiTel RecPod for iOS v.26.03.12 (morning of Mar 19)
    We have reviewed our internal processes from the perspective of performance and stability.
  • RecPod Released MiiTel RecPod v.26.03.10 (morning of Mar 16)

    Starting with this version, the following updates have been implemented:

    • It is now easier to see recording history that has not yet been uploaded to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics, helping prevent missed uploads.
    • Recording history uploaded by users to MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics (limited to recordings made with MiiTel RecPod) can now be checked and played directly in MiiTel RecPod.

      Also, you can now use a link to open the recording screen in MiiTel RecPod (Deep Link feature). For more details, see MiiTel RecPod Deep Link (iOS / Android).

  • Specification change Renewed how to link speakers (users and guests) to utterances for meetings (night of Mar 18)

    From the meeting history screen in MiiTel Meetings / RecPod, you can now more easily correct the linking between meeting participants (users and guests) and utterances.

    With this release, linking users from voice evaluations has been discontinued.

MiiTel Call Center

  • improvement Made the queue details screen easier to use (night of Mar 18)

    The queue details screen now also displays Queue name and User group name.

    In addition, you can now change the queue order to By elapsed time, By circuit name, By queue name, or By user group name.

Release Updates for the Week of March 2, 2026

The following updates were released this week. 🎉

MiiTel Phone

  • 新機能 MiiTel for Salesforce Version 1.8 Released (Night of March 4)
    Starting with this version, MiiTel is now available on the Salesforce mobile app for Android. We have also included minor fixes to provide an even smoother and more user-friendly experience.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

  • NEW FEATURE  Added “Use video dashboard” with user permissions in MiiTel Admin (night of Mar 4)

    When you create a user or edit user information in MiiTel Admin, “Use video dashboard” has been added to the permissions for MiiTel Meetings and MiiTel RecPod.

    For changes to the CSV file, see the announcement: “Incoming Webhook User ID” and “MiiTel Meetings Meeting Dashboard ” will be added to the Users CSV file.”

Renewed Queue Settings Screen

The Queue settings screen has been redesigned to be more intuitive and user-friendly. This update improves the overall organization of settings and provides better visual clarity.

Organization of Setting Items

Setting items are now categorized into three clear sections: "Basic information," "Waiting setting," and "User call setting”. This structure makes it easier to understand the purpose of each setting.

Visualization of Call Image

A "Call Image" diagram has been added to the bottom of the screen. You can now see at a glance how your settings for "Maximum wait time (sec)," "Maximum ring time," and "Retry interval (seconds)" will work in practice.

You can now toggle the display of buttons at the bottom of the screen on or off while on hold or during a transfer in MiiTel Phone.
This makes operation smoother even when using MiiTel Phone on a compact mode.

More detailed prompt settings are now available when creating section-specific meeting summary templates.

When creating a section-specific meeting minutes summary template, you can now add prompts for the entire summary as well as prompts for each specific section.

This enables you to summarize meeting minutes using more specific instructions, allowing efficient creation of minutes appropriate for the meeting.

However, only Japanese and English is available for all other services (e.g. MiiTel Analytics, MiiTel Phone, etc.).
