• 新機能 Apppend meeting minutes to a Custom Object record (Night of Sep 2)
  You can now append minutes created with the Salesforce-specific template for meeting minutes to a Custom Object record. For details, see “Integrate minutes to Salesforce Opportunity records and Event records ” and “Templates for meeting minutes”.
• 新機能 Amazon S3 integration is now supported for meeting history (Night of Sep 9)

MiiTel Phone

• Improvement  Released MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.16 (Aug 27)

• NEW  Automatically or manually open a specified page on incoming/outgoing calls (Night of Aug 26)
  Previously, only the feature to automatically open a specified page on incoming calls was available. With this release, it is now also possible to open it manually by clicking on the screen in MiiTel Phone. The same feature has also been added for outgoing calls.

• NEW FEATURE Display the ACW input screen even when the call recipient is unavailable (Night of Aug 6)
  Even if the recipient you called does not answer, you can now open the tag and memo input screen after the call ends.

The Consult with Copilot screen now displays call history and meeting history information.
This lets you see at a glance which history a consultation relates to.

New information displayed in Consult with Copilot

• Call history: Outgoing/incoming icon, username, call start time
• Meeting history: Meeting type icon, meeting title, meeting start time

• IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel Phone Desktop v.3.9.3 (Night of June 23)

• IMPROVEMENT  Confirmation message appears if you forget to end Monitoring, Whispering, or a Group call (Night of June 23)
  If 10 minutes have passed after the call ends and you have not ended Monitoring, Whispering, or Group call, a confirmation message will be displayed. If you do not click [End] in the message, it will automatically end after 60 seconds.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel RecPod v.26.06.12 (Night of June 23)

• NEW  Meeting Bot images and message customization now available (night of Jun 24)
  You can now display images on your Meeting Bot's panel in a meeting. You can also customize the message sent when the Meeting Bot joins. For details, see Meeting bot settings.

The Ask Copilot window now features the following enhancements for even more flexibility.

• Resizable window

  You can expand the display area to match your work, or shrink it so it doesn’t get in the way.

• Draggable window

  You can place it wherever it's easiest to see on the screen.

• Always visible even when switching to another browser tab

  You can keep using Copilot without losing your place in the conversation while checking other pages.

• Adjustable text size inside the window

  You can adjust only Copilot's text to a more readable size without affecting the overall page layout.

Applicable window

• The window that appears when you click Ask Copilot in Call History.
• The window that appears when you click Ask Copilot in Video Analytics.

• NEW  Contact Support directly from the Call Quality Information dialog
  When you open the form from the newly added inquiry entry point, the relevant call history URL, company ID, Call quality information, and more will be automatically filled in.
  Required information is pre-filled, you can communicate with Support more smoothly. Please give it a try.
• NEW  Delete teams from MiiTel Admin (Night of May 27)
  We added a team deletion feature in MiiTel Admin for tenants using the Teams feature.
  For instructions on how to delete a team, see Call history access restrictions - Delete a team.

You can now disable the Copilot Plus screen that appears after you log in to MiiTel Phone Analytics and MiiTel Meetings/RecPod, from MiiTel Admin.

We added this feature in response to requests from some customers.

How to disable Copilot Plus after login

1. Access MiiTel Admin.
2. Click [Copilot] > [Copilot Plus Settings].
3. Clear the checkbox for [Use Copilot Plus as the home page after login].
4. Click [Save].
