You can now check the operation status for the phone number you are using

From MiiTel Status, you can now check the operation status for the phone numbers in each circuit type.

You can check the circuit type in MiiTel Admin. Click Phone Number > Phone Number Management.

We will be performing a maintenance to some features (scheduled for about a week long starting from July 29, 2024, 1:00 pm (JST))

Maintenance has been completed.

Due to the maintenance, we will temporarily stop the feature that automatically links to a MiiTel user if the meeting participant name and MiiTel user name are exactly matched when recording the meeting with the Video bot.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Suspension Period

Scheduled for July 29, 2024, at 1:00 pm for about a week

(We will notify you as soon as the feature becomes available for use.)

Affected Customers

Customers who have subscribed to MiiTel Meetings and are using the Video bot

Features to be suspended

A feature that automatically links to a MiiTel user if the meeting participant's name and MiiTel user name are exactly matched. (Only if the meeting was recorded with a Video bot).

You can now use prompts to create the minutes for meeting histories

You can now create meeting history minute templates with prompts.

With this release, the following feature updates have also been added.

  • You can also create prompts from the Minutes tab in Video Analytics.
  • You can now check the history of when the minutes were created.

Some field names and their definitions in MiiTel Call Center will be changed. In addition, you can export the circuit list to the Report.

After August 2, 2024, some field names (including the definition) in MiiTel Call Center will be changed. In addition, you can export the circuit list to the Report.

Schedule

  • Changes to the field names and their definitions: August 2, 2024
  • Circuit list report: August 15, 2024

Changes

  • The following field names (including the definition) in MiiTel Call Center, which are used in the real-time monitor and Report will be changed.

*Total outgoing calls will be displayed in the new circuit list report.

  • You can now export the circuit list to the Report.

Report with all data can be downloaded in CSV format.

We changed the phone number that is used as caller ID for external transfers on MiiTel Phone.

The caller ID used for external transfers on MiiTel Phone (except MiiTel Phone Mobile) has been changed as follows.

Before:

Use the phone number set as default for Caller ID in MiiTel Admin.

After:

Use the phone number set in MiiTel Phone's Menu > Settings > Network settings > Caller ID.

(Same specifications as MiiTel Phone Mobile)

Salesforce activity history can now be related to the Salesforce record set up in Google Calendar.

Salesforce activity histories created by the video history integration are made without being related to other records. Therefore, you were required to manually set the records to the related items after the Salesforce activity history was created.

With this release, users using Google Calendar integration can now automatically relate the Salesforce activity history to the record set in Description of Google Calendar.

For more details, see Step 4 - b: Use calendar applications to set the "Related to" for the activity history.

誠に勝手ながら、社内研修のため下記日程について臨時休業とさせていただきます。

臨時休業期間: 2024 年 7 月 19 日 (金) 終日

期間中は、営業、カスタマーサクセス、サポートのいずれも、メール・電話に対応することができません。
ご契約中のお客様からのお問合せ ( MiiTel サポート) は休業期間中も承りますが、返信は 2024 年 7 月 22 日 (月) 以降に順次対応とさせていただきます。

なお、休業期間中のシステムの運用体制は通常通りとなります。チャットボットは休業期間中も設置しておりますので、ご不明な点がございましたらご活用ください。

Scan to Call 機能をリリースしました

Scan to Call 機能をリリースしました。

Scan to Call は、発信する側に QR コードを読み込んでもらうことで、ブラウザーから MiiTel 宛に発信できる機能です。このとき、発信者に通話料負担はありません。
