You can now view the number of active users in the MiiTel Call Center summary.

“Active users” is now available in the Summary’s “Current status” section. It shows , in real time,  how many users are logged in to MiiTel Phone and are currently available (non‑gray status).

This enables you to understand the number of users currently available to handle calls, allowing for smooth staffing adjustments based on your call center's situation. This leads to reduced customer wait times and lessened users workload.

Manual refresh button is now available for MiiTel Call Center's Real-time monitor and Seat map

We have added a Refresh button to the Real-time monitor and Seat map screens for MiiTel Call Center..

By clicking the Refresh button, you can manually update the values displayed on the Real-time monitor and Seat map to the latest state.

While these values are usually updated automatically, you can manually refresh them to the latest state when delays occur due to network conditions or other factors.

Note: After the manual refresh operation, you cannot do it again for 10 minutes.

You can now easily ask questions with a single click in the consultation screen or chat screen with Copilot.

You can now create queueing, automatic call forwarding, and voicemail settings at the Answering rule creation screen


You can now create the following settings at the same time as creating a response rule on the Answering rule creation screen.

  • Queue
  • Automatic call forwarding
  • Voicemail

Previously, these settings had to be configured in advance. Now you can set them up all at once when creating a response rule, and this improves setup efficiency.

We have released a new Call History List screen with added features such as saving search conditions and sorting functions.
Please try out the new, more convenient screen!


  • How to switch to the new screen

Click Try new screen in the notification at the top of the Call History List screen to switch.


  • How to save a view

1.  After setting your search conditions, click Save view on the top right of the screen.

2. Set a name and click Save.


  • How to sort and delete views

Click the adjustments button on the top right of the screen to sort or delete the views you created.


  • How to revert to the old version of screen

Click Switch to old Version on the top right of the screen.

A confirmation dialog can now be displayed when placing a click-to-call call.
This prevents you from accidentally clicking on the wrong number and calling an unintended number.

“Switch Product Menu (Beta)" is now available on MiiTel Analytics

We have added the “Switch Product Menu (Beta)" to MiiTel Analytics.

From the MiiTel Phone Analytics screen, you can switch to the MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) Analytics screen or MiiTel Admin screen by using the “Switch Product Menu”.

“Switch Product Menu” is available by clicking Try the new menu on the current MiiTel Analytics screen.

“Switch Product Menu” contents will be different depending on your subscription status or admin permission settings.
If you are subscribed to either MiiTel Phone or MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) but do not have admin permissions, the “Switch Product Menu” will not be available.
