• NEW  Option to hide Outgoing calls only from the MiiTel Phone Mobile status list (Night of October 28)
  You can now hide the Outgoing calls only status from the list of statuses configurable in MiiTel Phone Mobile. To learn how to configure this setting, see Hide "Outgoing calls only" from the MiiTel Phone Mobile status list.
  This feature is available in MiiTel Phone Mobile for iOS v.3.1.17 and later, and MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android v.3.1.16 and later.
• CHANGE  Unify the color of tags displayed in Call History and the Call History list (new screen) (Night of October 28)

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• NEW  Add a setting to keep the Meeting Bot out of meetings with specific keywords in the meeting title (Night of October 28)
  With calendar integration, you can now exclude meetings that you do not want to record based on their titles. For details, see Preventing the Meeting Bot from Joining Meetings with Specific Keywords in Their Titles.

MiiTel Call Center

• NEW  Adding alerts for prolonged Incoming call status (Night of October 29)
  You can now receive an alert when the Incoming call status continues beyond a certain period. You can monitor teams and users whose incoming-call status continues for a long time in real time. Use this feature to reduce abandoned calls and improve the response rate.

• ANNOUNCEMENT  We are gradually switching to a new domain

When Calendar Integration is enabled, you can configure the meeting bot not to join meetings whose titles contain specific keywords.

This lets you exclude meetings you do not want to record by title in bulk.

Based on prompts prepared in advance in MiiTel Admin, AI will automatically assign appropriate tags based on the content of call history. This feature, "AI Tags," is scheduled to be released in late October or early November 2026.

After the release, the AI Tags tab will be added in MiiTel Admin under Tag > Tag settings (call).

When you click Tag > Tag settings (call) in MiiTel Admin, the AI Tags tab will open by default instead of the Automatic tag settings (basic) tab.

Current: The Automatic tag settings (basic) tab is displayed.

After the release: The AI Tags tab is displayed (a new tab added in this release).

Required action

No action is required from customers at this moment.

To use this feature, after the release, enable the template you want to use in MiiTel Admin under Tag > Tag settings (call) > AI Tags tab.

If you export a period before around Thursday, October 1, 2026, around 21:09 (JST):

• “Incoming”: 00:00 is output
• “Available”: The total time in the Available status is output (including Incoming time)

If you export a period that includes Thursday, October 1, 2026, 21:09 (JST) to Friday, Oct 2, 2026, 10:27 (JST):

• “Incoming”: The total time MiiTel Phone was in the Incoming status during the period is output
• “Available”: The time MiiTel Phone was in the Incoming status is not included during the period (it is output under the Incoming item)

If you export a period after the night of Wednesday, October 21, 2026:

• “Incoming”: The cumulative time that MiiTel Phone was in the Incoming status is output
• “Available”: The cumulative time that MiiTel Phone was in the Available status is output

You can now set up Automation in Copilot Plus (Beta) and run prompts on a regular schedule.
This helps you automate periodic aggregation and review of your Call History and Meeting history.

You can also manually run created Automations anytime using the “Run now” button.
We recommend running a test with “Run now” after setting up your Automation to confirm that the prompt instructions are appropriate before starting regular operations.
