July 1, 2026: New items to be added and specifications to be changed for MiiTel Call Center reports

On July 1, 2026, we will make the following changes to the reports:

  • Add the Overflow calls item to the Circuit list report
  • Display values that include the number of Predictive calls in certain items in the User list report

Affected customers

Customers who use the MiiTel Call Center report

Newly added item

The following item will be added to the Circuit list report.

Item name: Overflow calls

Position: To the right of the Short abandoned calls item

Items with changed display values

The following items in the User list report will display values that include the number of Predictive dialer calls. Due to this change, values for the following items may be larger than before.

  • Call (Total number of calls): Includes the number of Predictive calls
  • Call (Average time): Includes the time and number of Predictive calls
  • Call (Total time): Includes the time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
  • Outgoing call (Number of calls): Includes the number of Predictive calls
  • Outgoing call (Average time): Includes the time and number of Predictive calls
  • Outgoing call (Total time): Includes the time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
  • On-hold calls (Total number of calls): Includes the number of holds that occurred during Predictive calls
  • On-hold calls (Average time): Includes the time and number of holds that occurred during Predictive calls
  • On-hold calls (Total time): Includes the total hold time that occurred during Predictive calls
  • Connection rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive outbound calls in the calculation
  • Hold rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive calls that were put on hold at least once in the calculation
  • CPH: Includes the number of Predictive calls in the calculation
  • AHT: Includes the number of Predictive calls in the calculation

We have released MiiTel RecPod 26.06.10

We’ve added and updated features.

New features

  • Realtime Talk Assist is now available on RecPod. For details, see Consult Copilot during recording in MiiTel RecPod (Realtime Talk Assist).
    • To use this feature, a MiiTel Synapse (Generative AI) contract is required.
    • We plan to gradually expand availability to more customers. If you would like to start using it immediately, please contact your account representative.
    • With this release, we will discontinue the Edge Transcription feature. You can use the Realtime Talk Assist feature to view transcription while recording.
  • Periodic notifications are now available for unuploaded recordings.

  • NEW You can now create an inbound call flow report (night of June 11)
    You can now create a report that lists actions executed from when a call is received until a user answers or the call ends, group names that were called, numbers entered in the IVR, and more.

Call history CSV export schedule can now be set in 10-minute increments

You can now specify the scheduled creation time for call history CSV files in more granular 10-minute increments, instead of the previous 1-hour increments. This makes it possible to set up schedules more flexibly according to your specified day of the week and time.

  • NEW  Contact Support directly from the Call Quality Information dialog
    When you open the form from the newly added inquiry entry point, the relevant call history URL, company ID, Call quality information, and more will be automatically filled in.
    Required information is pre-filled, you can communicate with Support more smoothly. Please give it a try.
  • NEW  Delete teams from MiiTel Admin (Night of May 27)
    We added a team deletion feature in MiiTel Admin for tenants using the Teams feature.

    With the MiiTel Data Retention Extension Fee, call history older than one month can now be displayed on MiiTel Phone. This allows you to check, reference, and return calls using older call history.

  • You can now update Salesforce records’ Minutes from MiiTel RecPod (Night of April 20)

  • CHANGE Changed the default name of the MiiTel Meetings Video Bot (Night of April 22)

  • NEW Added “ Transcript summarization finished” as a sending trigger for Outgoing Webhook (night Night of April 22)
