• IMPROVEMENT On the MiiTel Phone screen, the groups you belong to are now labeled “Member” (Night of Jul 22)

• CHANGE Hide the participant panel of meeting bots that joined Google Meet (Night of Jul 22)

• NEW  Meeting transcription results can now be edited (Night of Jul 23)

You can now correct transcript results on the video analytics screen in MiiTel Meetings/RecPod Analytics.
To edit a transcript, click Edit on the right side of the transcript you want to edit.

Note that the MiiTel RecPod mobile app does not support editing transcript results.

• CHANGE A message is now displayed if the microphone stops responding for a certain period during a call (Night of July 9)

•  NEW  Easier to share the seat map (Night of July 9)
  You can now create a shareable URL to share the Seat map.

We’ve added a new “My option” feature in Copilot Plus that lets you save your own frequently used prompts. By saving the topics and prompts you use regularly, you can use them in Copilot Plus with a single click—without typing them each time.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• NEW FEATURE You can now restrict which meetings are eligible for Realtime talk assist (Night of June 29)
  You can now restrict which meetings appear on the Realtime talk assist screen based on meeting roles. By allowing only specific users to view meetings, you can properly manage access to information.

General

• NEW FEATURE You can now restore the integration state from backup data retrieved when disconnecting Salesforce integration (Night of July 2)
  When you disconnect and reconnect Salesforce integration, you can now take a backup when disconnecting and restore the integration state from that backup. For details, see Integration removal and re-integration with Salesforce.
• 仕様変更 Some of the validation checks during CSV file (call list ,Contacts) import have been relaxed (Night of July 2)
  You can now import even if there are spaces before or after the header field names, or if there are unnecessary columns after the correct header fields.

• IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel Phone Desktop v.3.9.3 (Night of June 23)

• IMPROVEMENT  Confirmation message appears if you forget to end Monitoring, Whispering, or a Group call (Night of June 23)
  If 10 minutes have passed after the call ends and you have not ended Monitoring, Whispering, or Group call, a confirmation message will be displayed. If you do not click [End] in the message, it will automatically end after 60 seconds.

MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel RecPod v.26.06.12 (Night of June 23)
  Please see “We have released MiiTel RecPod v.26.06.12” for details.
• NEW  Meeting Bot images and message customization now available (night of Jun 24)
  You can now display images on your Meeting Bot's panel in a meeting. You can also customize the message sent when the Meeting Bot joins. For details, see Meeting bot settings.

We will make the following changes to the reports:

The following items in the User list report will display values that include the number of Predictive calls. Due to this change, values for the following items may be larger than before.

• Call (Total number of calls): Includes the number of Predictive calls
• Call (Average time): Includes the time and number of Predictive calls
• Call (Total time): Includes the time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
• Incoming calls: Includes the number of Predictive calls
• Outgoing call (Average time): Includes the time and number of Predictive calls
• Outgoing call (Total time): Includes the time from the start to the end of Predictive calls
• On-hold calls (Total number of calls): Includes the number of holds that occurred during Predictive calls
• On-hold calls (Average time): Includes the time and number of holds that occurred during Predictive calls
• On-hold calls (Total time): Includes the total hold time that occurred during Predictive calls
• Connection rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive outbound calls in the calculation
• Hold rate (%): Includes the number of Predictive calls that were put on hold at least once in the calculation
• CPH: Includes the number of Predictive calls in the calculation
• AHT: Includes the number of Predictive calls in the calculation

In the following items in the Circuit list report, values may include or exclude Overflow calls.

• Missed incoming calls: Includes Overflow calls in the number of incoming calls that ended without being answered.
• Missed incoming calls (with ringing): Excludes Overflow calls from the number of incoming calls that rang for a user but ended as missed.
• Short abandoned calls: Excludes Overflow calls from the number of calls that were disconnected within 5 seconds among “Missed incoming calls (with ringing)”.
