“Switch Product Menu (Beta)" is now available on MiiTel Analytics

We have added the “Switch Product Menu (Beta)" to MiiTel Analytics.

From the MiiTel Phone Analytics screen, you can switch to the MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) Analytics screen or MiiTel Admin screen by using the “Switch Product Menu”.

“Switch Product Menu” is available by clicking Try the new menu on the current MiiTel Analytics screen.

“Switch Product Menu” contents will be different depending on your subscription status or admin permission settings.
If you are subscribed to either MiiTel Phone or MiiTel Meetings (RecPod) but do not have admin permissions, the “Switch Product Menu” will not be available.

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android 3.1.5

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android v.3.1.5 with the following new features.

New features

  • From this version, you can now set up your status and check the statuses of other users. For more details, check Set and check status on MiiTel Phone Mobile.
    The status set in MiiTel Phone Mobile can also be viewed on MiiTel Phone.
  • You can now check the categories registered in your contacts. 

  • You can now receive incoming calls even when MiiTel Phone Mobile is closed.

From MiiTel Status, you can now check the operation status for the phone numbers in each circuit type.

You can check the circuit type in MiiTel Admin. Click Phone Number > Phone Number Management.

Salesforce activity history can now be related to the Salesforce record set up in Google Calendar.

Salesforce activity histories created by the video history integration are made without being related to other records. Therefore, you were required to manually set the records to the related items after the Salesforce activity history was created.

With this release, users using Google Calendar integration can now automatically relate the Salesforce activity history to the record set in Description of Google Calendar.
