On August 28, 2024, we changed the authentication method for integrating Amazon S3 with MiiTel.

If you are using Amazon S3 integration, you must change the authentication method.

If you don’t change the authentication method, the integration will get disconnected.

What do I need to do?

If you have not yet changed the authentication settings to the new authentication method, please do so immediately. For instructions, check Amazon S3 integration (transfer and save the voice data to cloud storage).

We have made some updates for MiiTel RecPod 24.08.50.

Updates

• Some improvements are made to the audio uploading process.

We have changed the name and order of the tabs in the call history transcript.

You can now transfer the incoming calls to internal members with MiiTel Scan to Call.

Also, the mute feature has been added to the caller’s side.

We have released MiiTel Phone Mobile for Android v.3.1.5 with the following new features.

New features

• From this version, you can now set up your status and check the statuses of other users. For more details, check Set and check status on MiiTel Phone Mobile.
  
  
  The status set in MiiTel Phone Mobile can also be viewed on MiiTel Phone.
  
  
• You can now check the categories registered in your contacts. 

• You can now receive incoming calls even when MiiTel Phone Mobile is closed.

We have  made improvements to MiiTel RecPod 24.08.40.

Updates

• The layout of MiiTel RecPod, when viewed on a tablet, has been optimized.
• You can now upload the recordings from the background.

You can now export the circuit list to the Report.

Report with all data can be downloaded in CSV format.

For the real-time monitor, we changed some of the field names and their definitions. Check the chart below for details.

From MiiTel Status, you can now check the operation status for the phone numbers in each circuit type.

You can check the circuit type in MiiTel Admin. Click Phone Number > Phone Number Management.

Maintenance has been completed.

Due to the maintenance, we will temporarily stop the feature that automatically links to a MiiTel user if the meeting participant name and MiiTel user name are exactly matched when recording the meeting with the Video bot.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
