Important: Impact of system maintenance for Salesforce integration on Monday, May 11, 2026
Due to changes in security requirements on the Salesforce side, we will carry out system maintenance on Monday, June 8, 2026.
During the maintenance release, you will not be able to configure the Salesforce integration Salesforce integration settings will be unavailable. Furthermore, history recorded during the maintenance may not be integrated, and the Salesforce integration may stop after the maintenance is completed.
If you are unable to configure settings, or history is not integrated or the integration has stopped after the release, please check your settings or perform the integration process again.

Impact of the maintenance release
- Configuring Salesforce integration: During the release work, you cannot create new settings or change existing settings. Please configure it after the release is completed.
- Salesforce integration continuation: In principle, the integration will be maintained; however, in the event that history during the maintenance is not integrated or the integration becomes stopped after the release, please re-integrate after the release is completed.
What customers should check after the maintenance release
Please confirm that call and video history between Monday, June 8, 2026 11:00 pm and Tuesday, June 9, 2026 (Tue) 1:00 am (JST) are integrated to Salesforce. If they are not integrated, please perform a manual integration.
How to retrieve contacts from Salesforce
How to manually create the MiiTel activity history on Salesforce
- Please confirm that calls and meetings on or after June 9, 2026 (Tue) 1:00 am (JST) are synced to Salesforce.
- If they are not synced to Salesforce, please check the error logs when using external integrations and confirm whether there are any errors that did not occur before this maintenance.
- If there are any errors that did not occur previously, please perform the re-sync described in “If Salesforce integration stops.”

- Perform checks before re-syncing
- Re-sync with Salesforce in MiiTel Admin
- On the Salesforce settings screen, install the MiiTel application
- In MiiTel Admin, click the [Restore to the integration status as of 2026/6/8] button to restore the integration status
- Confirm that there are no integration errors
