December 15, 2024 11:00 pm (JST) to December 16, 2024 1:00 am (JST)
Affected services:
All the following services and external service integration
- MiiTel Phone
- MiiTel Phone Mobile
- MiiTel Meetings
- MiiTel Call Center
- MiiTel RecPod
- External Service Integration
Affected customers:
All customers using the services above.
Expected Impact:
- You will not be able to access the services above for about 15 minutes during the maintenance.
・If you are already logged in, you will automatically be logged out, and the maintenance screen may be displayed. - While you don’t have access to MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone:
・You cannot make or receive calls.
・If you are on a call, you can continue.
◼︎ After you finish the call, you won’t be able to register call memos, comments, or related parties.
◼︎ Please set the call memo, comments, etc., from the call history (MiiTel Analytics) after the maintenance is finished.
◼︎ You may experience a delay in creating the call history or integrating with external services. - While you can’t integrate with external services:
・Email notifications about phone calls and Slack integration service will not be available. - If you miss a call during the maintenance:
・If your circuit type is not JPN-7, the missed call will be on the call history list.
