On the night of September 14, 2026, MiiTel for Salesforce will be automatically upgraded to version 1.9.
This upgrade includes the following two changes:

• The URL of the API called by MiiTel for Salesforce will change (domain only).
  Before: app.miitel.jp
  After: {Company ID}.miitel.jp, or {Company ID}.{Pod code}.miitel.com
• Remote site settings are required for the Salesforce account used for Salesforce integration.

If you would like to test in advance, please use Salesforce Sandbox and the MiiTel demo environment. If you would like to use the demo environment, please contact our sales representative or customer success.

By September 14, 2026, please configure the remote site in the Salesforce account used for Salesforce integration.

1. Log in to Salesforce with the Salesforce account used for Salesforce integration.
2. Click Settings > Settings in the upper-right corner of the screen.
3. In the left menu, click Security > Remote Site Settings.
4. Click New Remote Site.
5. Set any name in Remote Site Name.
6. Enter the URL in Remote Site URL. The URL to enter depends on whether Pod code is shown in System Information in MiiTel Admin > Home.
   • If Pod code is not shown:
     • Enter “https://{Company ID}.miitel.jp” (example: https://companyid.miitel.jp)
   • If Pod code is shown:
     • Enter “https://{Company ID}.{Pod code}.miitel.com” (example: https://companyid.tyo101.miitel.com)
7. Click Save.
