Based on prompts prepared in advance in MiiTel Admin, AI will automatically assign appropriate tags based on the content of call history. This feature, "AI Tags," is scheduled to be released in late October or early November 2026.

After the release, the AI Tags tab will be added in MiiTel Admin under Tag > Tag settings (call).

When you click Tag > Tag settings (call) in MiiTel Admin, the AI Tags tab will open by default instead of the Automatic tag settings (basic) tab.

Current: The Automatic tag settings (basic) tab is displayed.

After the release: The AI Tags tab is displayed (a new tab added in this release).

Required action

No action is required from customers at this moment.

To use this feature, after the release, enable the template you want to use in MiiTel Admin under Tag > Tag settings (call) > AI Tags tab.
