“Create a follow-up email” will be available in Call History under “Ask Copilot”
Starting on February 26, 2026, “Create a follow-up email” will be available from Call History under “Ask Copilot.”
As previously announced,“Ask AI (beta)” feature is begging discontinued at the end of March 2026. As part of this change, we will migrate and consolidate the same functionality into “Ask Copilot.”
Depending on your plan, the timing of the switch to the new feature and whether you can continue using the feature after Ask AI (beta) ends may differ.

From Feb 26 (Thu), clicking Create a follow-up email will launch Ask Copilot.
- For customers on Synapse Light:
You can continue using this feature from Ask AI (beta) until Mar 31 (Tue), but it will no longer be available from Apr 1 (Wed) onward.
