As we announced in “July 8 and 9, 2026: New items to be added and specifications to be changed for MiiTel Call Center reports, we also added a new Number of waiting calls column to the Circuit list report.

This column shows the number of calls that ended without entering the queue because they exceeded the Maximum number of waiting calls configured in Queueing.
