Regarding our recent announcement, “Renaming some existing columns and adding new columns to the Call History List CSV file,” we would like to revise the scheduled change date and some of the CSV items.

Corrections

• Change to the scheduled change date

Before: Night of Wendnesday, May 13, 2026
After: Night of Wednesday, June 17, 2026

• We will add the following new item to both Call History List (List) and Call History List (Flow):

　New: “ACW duration”

• We will standardize how missing values are shown in Call History List data.

　Before: “-” 　
　After: blank (empty)
