MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• IMPROVEMENT Changed the button label to a clearer name for updating minutes registered in Salesforce to a clearer name (Night of April 1)
  We changed the button label for updating minutes registered in Salesforce from "Integrations" to "Re-Integrations". For details, see Update minutes registered in “Description” of Salesforce Activity records (MiiTel Meetings).
• IMPROVEMENT  Released MiiTel RecPod version 26.04.01 (April 3)

MiiTel Synapse (Copilt)

• IMPROVEMENT Increased the maximum number of Call history and Video history items you can select when asking Copilot questions in bulk (Night of April 1)
  When chatting with Copilot about multiple Call history or Video history items, you can now select more items.

• ANNOUNCEMENT The “Ask AI (beta)” feature has ended (March 31)
  As previously announced, the “Ask AI (beta)” feature has ended. If you would like to use AI for consultations about Call history going forward, please use Chat with Copilot or Ask Copilot.
