[Important] Change to the global IP address of MiiTel used for integration with external services
In order to provide stable MiiTel services, we are currently updating our system configuration. With this update, the global IP address used for integration with external services will be changed.
If you have set restrictions on the access source IP address for external services, such as Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot, Amazon S3, and Outgoing Webhook, please make sure to add the new IP address by June 10, 2025, 10:00 pm (JST).
Also, please do not delete the IP address that is currently set. Make sure you just add the new IP address. Regarding the deletion of the current IP address, we will make a separate announcement on or after July 2025.

1. Schedule
- The new global IP address will be applied between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am (JST) on June 10, 2025.
2. Affected customers
Customers who fall under 1. or 2. below
- MiiTel is integrated with the following services.
- Salesforce
- kintone
- HubSpot
- Amazon S3
- Outgoing Webhook
- Restrictions are set on the access source IP address for the services above.
3. Actions required from customers
For each service, make sure that all IP addresses listed in MiiTel Global IP Addresses to be set for external services are set.
(Do not delete IP addresses that have already been set.)
4. What will happen if you don’t take the actions above
After the new global IP address is applied, a connection error will occur on the external service and you will not be able to integrate MiiTel with these services.
5. What will happen during this update
You will have normal access to all MiiTel services and features.
