JPN-6 Circuit type maintenance announcement: December 9, 2025 (Tue), 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm (JST)

We will perform maintenance on circuit type JPN-6 on December 9, 2025 (Tue).

During the maintenance period, the JPN-6 circuit type will experience a service interruption, and the Incoming Call Filter will not operate.

To check your circuit type, please go to MiiTel Admin > Phone Number > Phone Number Management.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our users.

1. Maintenance period

December 9, 2025 (Tue), 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm (JST)

2. Affected services and features

  • MiiTel Phone
  • MiiTel Phone Mobile

3. Affected customers

Users using the JPN-6 circuit type.

3. Impacts

During the maintenance period, the JPN-6 circuit type will experience a service interruption, and the Incoming Call Filter will not operate.

  • Incoming and outgoing calls will fail.
  • Answering rules configured in the Incoming Call Filter will not be processed.
  • If maintenance starts during an active call, the call will be terminated. (The call record will be reflected in the Call History list after the maintenance is complete.)
  • Missed calls during the maintenance period will not be reflected in the Call history list. (The records will not be reflected even after the maintenance is complete.)

【Penting】Perubahan Alamat IP Global MiiTel yang Digunakan untuk Integrasi Pihak Ketiga

Untuk memastikan penyediaan layanan MiiTel tetap stabil, kami saat ini sedang melakukan perubahan pada konfigurasi sistem kami. Seiring dengan perubahan ini, alamat IP global MiiTel yang digunakan untuk Integrasi Pihak Ketiga (Third Party Integration) juga akan berubah.

Jika Anda telah mengintegrasikan MiiTel dengan Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot, Amazon S3, atau Outgoing Webhook, dan telah menetapkan pembatasan alamat IP sumber (source IP address restrictions) di sisi layanan eksternal sebelum Rabu, 15 Oktober 2025, maka Anda perlu menghapus beberapa alamat IP yang saat ini dikonfigurasi.

Berlaku mulai 17 November 2025 (Senin)

2. Pelanggan yang Perlu Melakukan Tindakan

Pelanggan yang memenuhi kedua kondisi berikut:

  1. Telah mengintegrasikan MiiTel dengan salah satu layanan berikut:

    • Salesforce
    • kintone
    • HubSpot
    • Amazon S3
    • Outgoing Webhook
  2. Telah mengonfigurasi pembatasan alamat IP sumber pada layanan di atas sebelum 15 Oktober 2025 (Rabu).

3. Tindakan yang Diperlukan dari Pihak Pelanggan

Silakan hapus alamat IP berikut yang dikonfigurasi di sisi layanan pihak ketiga:

4. Dampak jika tidak melakukan tindakan di atas

Setelah 17 November 2025 (Senin), alamat IP yang disebutkan untuk dihapus akan menjadi tidak valid sebagai alamat untuk layanan kami. Apabila Anda telah mengonfigurasi pembatasan alamat IP di sisi layanan pihak ketiga dan tetap mempertahankan alamat IP yang seharusnya dihapus, hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan risiko keamanan.

Oleh karena itu, mohon periksa kembali pengaturan Anda dan lakukan tindakan yang sesuai.

MiiTel Admin > Incoming call rule yang diatur dalam incoming call filter

Tindakan untuk menelepon MiiTel Phone atau MiiTel Phone Mobile yang termasuk dalam pengaturan Answering rules  di Incoming Call Filter yang diterapkan selama periode pemeliharaan tidak akan berfungsi (Call all users in a group atau Call specific user).

*Tindakan berikut akan berfungsi.

  • Play sound serta menerima input tombol dari pengguna (IVR)
  • Queue (berfungsi, namun MiiTel Phone tidak melakukan panggilan)

*Jika aturan penjawaban berikut diatur, Tindakan 2 dan 3 akan berfungsi dan Anda dapat melihat riwayat panggilan setelah pemeliharaan selesai.

  • Tindakan 1: Call all users in the group

  • Tindakan 3: Voice mail

MiiTel Meetings

  • Video bot tidak dapat bergabung dalam rapat saat rapat sedang berlangsung (tidak dapat merekam).
  • Dengan integrasi Google Calendar dan Microsoft Outlook Calendar, bot rapat dapat bergabung secara otomatis (dan merekam).

*Nama bot mungkin berbeda dari nama yang Anda atur.

To provide a stable MiiTel service, we are currently updating our system configuration.

In accordance with this change, maintenance will be carried out on the MiiTel system on  September 15, 2025 (Mon).
During each maintenance period, MiiTel Phone services will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

MiiTel Meetings will be available as usual during maintenance.

*Zoom meetings using Zoom integration can be recorded.

MiiTel RecPod

Functions other than recording are not available.

(audio upload is not available, transcription and minutes cannot be checked)

Incoming Webhook

Requests sent during the maintenance period will not be reflected after the maintenance is finished.

After the maintenance is finished, please resend the request from the sender or upload the file from MiiTel Analytics > Call History or Meeting History.
