MiiTel Meetings/RecPod

• RecPod MiiTel RecPod for iOS v.26.03.12 telah dirilis (pagi 19 Mar)
  Kami telah meninjau proses internal kami dari perspektif kinerja dan stabilitas.

• RecPod MiiTel RecPod v.26.03.10 telah dirilis (pagi 16 Mar)

  Mulai versi ini, kami telah menambahkan dukungan untuk hal-hal berikut:

  • Sekarang lebih mudah untuk melihat riwayat rekaman yang belum diunggah ke MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics, sehingga membantu mencegah lupa mengunggah.
  • Riwayat rekaman yang diunggah oleh pengguna ke MiiTel Meetings / RecPod Analytics (terbatas pada rekaman yang dibuat dengan MiiTel RecPod) kini dapat diperiksa dan diputar langsung di MiiTel RecPod.
    
    Selain itu, kini Anda dapat menggunakan tautan untuk membuka layar perekaman di MiiTel RecPod (fitur deep link). Untuk detail lebih lanjut, lihat RecPod Deep Link (iOS / Android).

  Dengan rilis ini, pengaitan pengguna dari evaluasi suara telah dihentikan.

MiiTel Call Center

• improvement Layar detail antrean kini lebih mudah digunakan (malam 18 Mar)

  Layar detail antrean kini juga menampilkan Queue name dan User group name.

  Selain itu, kini Anda dapat mengubah urutan antrean menjadi By elapsed time, By circuit name, By queue name, or By user group name.

Specification Changes

• Automatic detection of the number of participants during recording is now enabled during recording, eliminating the need to select the number of participants before starting a recording.  
• Settings for connecting the FR-1100 have been moved to Settings > Bidirectional mic. 
• A Pause button now appears on the recording screen. To end a recording, tap Pause > End Recording.

New Features

• Audio Quality Settings: The following recording audio quality settings are now available under Settings > Sound Quality Settings.
  • Noise Cancellation 
  • Auto Volume Adjustment
  • Echo Cancellation (Android Only)

• Transcription Method: You can now choose whether transcription is processed on the device or on the server under Settings > Transcription method.
  Processing on the device offers the following benefits:
  • Processes offline, using no data communication
  • Allows transcription during recording
    

When transcribing on the device, please note the following:

• Transcription displayed during recording is discarded immediately upon stopping the recording and cannot be reviewed after the recording has finished.
• To review transcription after recording ends, check the transcription results in the meeting history within MiiTel Meetings Analytics.
