Specification Changes

• Automatic detection of the number of participants during recording is now enabled during recording, eliminating the need to select the number of participants before starting a recording.  
• Settings for connecting the FR-1100 have been moved to Settings > Bidirectional mic. 
• A Pause button now appears on the recording screen. To end a recording, tap Pause > End Recording.

New Features

• Audio Quality Settings: The following recording audio quality settings are now available under Settings > Sound Quality Settings.
  • Noise Cancellation 
  • Auto Volume Adjustment
  • Echo Cancellation (Android Only)

• Transcription Method: You can now choose whether transcription is processed on the device or on the server under Settings > Transcription method.
  Processing on the device offers the following benefits:
  • Processes offline, using no data communication
  • Allows transcription during recording
    

When transcribing on the device, please note the following:

• Transcription displayed during recording is discarded immediately upon stopping the recording and cannot be reviewed after the recording has finished.
• To review transcription after recording ends, check the transcription results in the meeting history within MiiTel Meetings Analytics.
