MiiTel Admin > Incoming call rule set in the incoming call filter
The action to ring MiiTel Phone and MiiTel Phone Mobile in the incoming call filter that is applied during the maintenance period will not work.
(Ringing all users in a group or ringing a specific user)
*The following actions work.
- Play sound
- Voice mail
- Auto transfer
- Play sound and receive button input from user
- Queue (works, but MiiTel Phone does not ring)
- Send SMS
*If the following incoming call rule are set, Actions 2 and 3 will work and you will be able to see the call history after the maintenance is finished.
- Action 1: Ring all users in the group
- Action 2: Play sound
- Action 3: Voice mail

If a CSV file is scheduled to be created in storage during the maintenance period, or if the file is being created when the maintenance starts, the CSV file will not be created.
* Not created CSV (already scheduled) must be created from storage after maintenance is completed.

If maintenance is started during a call, the call can continue.
'Tag', 'comment', and 'related to' cannot be registered after the call ends.
Tag and comment must be set in the MiiTel Analytics call history after the maintenance is finished.

MiiTel Meetings
Video bot cannot join a meeting during a meeting (cannot record).
Google Calendar integration and Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration can be used to automatically add a meeting bot to the meeting (recording is possible).
*The bot name may be different from the name you set.
* Recording indicator does not work.
*Zoom meetings using Zoom integration can be recorded.
MiiTel RecPod
Functions other than recording are not available.
(audio upload is not available, transcription and minutes cannot be checked)
Incoming Webhook
Requests sent during the maintenance period will not be reflected after the maintenance is finished.
After the maintenance is finished, please resend the request from the sender or upload the file from MiiTel Analytics > Call History or Meeting History.
